In the paper industry, lowering the energy it takes to defiberize fluff market pulp is important to the customer. However, the degree of hydrogen bonding is an obstacle to lowering this energy. One way of lowering the energy required is to use a process in papermaking involving foam. There are numerous patents about this technology as it relates to paper and nonwovens, but not pulp. This disclosure is to make the potential of this technology in the area of fluff market pulp known
